What documents are required to obtain:

• Statement;
• Declaration of the supplier of goods with preferential status of origin and/or declaration of the supplier of goods with no preferential status of origin and/or long-term declaration of the supplier of goods with preferential status of origin and/or long-term declaration of the supplier of goods with no preferential status origin confirming the preferential origin of goods from Ukraine in accordance with the rules for determining the preferential origin established by the Agreements, and/or their electronic copies;
• An electronic copy of the certificate if it is typewritten and (if available) a certificate form filled out in accordance with the requirements of the Agreement.

The certificate is valid for 4 months. The certificate is issued as soon as possible, but not more than 8 working hours after the registration of the application in the structural division of the customs department of the Federal Tax Service, which is entrusted with the functions of issuing the certificate. If deficiencies were found in the submitted documents, the term of issuing EUR.1 may be extended up to three days.
